You may set your own service pricing within the minimum and maximum price ranges established by Lamazi. Price changes must be made through the Platform and will apply to future bookings only.
Clients may leave ratings and written reviews following completed sessions. You may not solicit fake or incentivised reviews. Lamazi will display your aggregate rating on your public profile. You agree to maintain adequate professional indemnity insurance for the duration of your engagement with the Platform. Lamazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to Lamazi in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lamazi, its officers, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your provision of services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its design, branding, and technology, are owned by Lamazi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of providing services to clients.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to mediation or, failing that, to the competent courts of Kenya.
Lamazi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated by email or notification on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Any allegation of therapist misconduct shall be subject to a formal investigation by management. Appropriate disciplinary action may be taken where misconduct is established. No refund, compensation, or reimbursement shall be issued to a client based solely on an allegation of misconduct. Refunds, if any, shall be granted only at the sole discretion of management following a full review of the facts, evidence, and circumstances of the case. The decision of management following the investigation shall be final and binding.
