By creating a therapist account on Lamazi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Access to the platform is subject to verification of your identity, professional credentials, and a certificate of good conduct. Lamazi reserves the right to approve, suspend, or reject any therapist account at its discretion.
Therapists select a membership tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) at signup, each with its own subscription fee, listing visibility, and platform fee percentage. Membership tiers may be changed later from your profile settings, subject to payment of any applicable fee.
Clients pay for sessions through the platform. Your earnings reflect your share of the booking payment after the platform fee for your membership tier, and are calculated only for sessions you have marked as completed. Pending, cancelled, or incomplete bookings are not counted toward your earnings. Payouts are processed to the payment method you provide, subject to admin approval.
You agree to provide services professionally, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws and licensing requirements, and to treat clients with respect and confidentiality.
Lamazi may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms clients or the platform.
